My journey has been enriched by working in renowned New York restaurants, where I have had the honor of learning from the best bartenders in the city. Some notable establishments include NOSIDAM, an Italian-Argentinian restaurant; ORSAY, a charming French restaurant; DAVID BURKE & DONATELLA, a renowned American establishment; and AQUAVIT, an authentic Scandinavian restaurant.

As a mixology professional, I am committed to staying updated with current trends and continuously honing my skills. My goal is to offer exceptional experiences to customers, contributing to the success and reputation of your establishment.
